Hi Lewis, its November the 1st and I can’t sign back into Pokemon Go. I had 46 pokemon and would hate to restart again especially during this Halloween event. 🙁 Do you have any idea how to get back in or stop log in issues. This is the third account I’ve gone through and tired of restarting and losing everything I’ve worked for. 🙁 Would appreciate any help or support from you or members of your site, as not sure what to do.
Argh weak! I found that my failed to log on message was related to the wifi connection I was connecting to. But if your able to log in as someone else on the same device without restarting or reinstalling the Pokemon Go app, then it sounds like your account is getting banned, maybe?
Thanks for the reply Lewis. I don’t see a reason why I would be banned but I did use a Trainer Club account and read that others have been locked out with such accounts. Have opened up a new pokemon account via google. And won’t give up on my previous account as of yet! By the way, are you using a Trainer Club account or a google account and has anyone else had issues with logins?
